Nau mai Haere mai. At St Anthony's School, we are proud to offer a welcoming, nurturing Catholic education for students from Year 1 to Year 8.
Located in the heart of Pahiatua, we are a close community that belongs to the St Brigid’s Parish.
Founded over 100 years ago by the Brigidian Sisters, we cherish our rich history and the values that have shaped us. Our Catholic Character is at the heart of everything we do, and we are committed to teaching our LIFE values: Love, Integrity, Fortitude, and Excellence. These values guide both our teaching and how we live our daily lives. We strive to provide a modern, well-resourced learning environment that prepares students for a bright future.
Our dedicated staff are passionate about delivering up-to-date teaching and learning experiences, while modeling the values that define our school. St Anthony’s is not just a school – it’s a vibrant community. Our whānau play an active role in their children’s learning, and we work together to provide the best possible educational experiences.
We would love for you to come and see what makes our school so special. We look forward to meeting you and sharing the journey of learning and growth. Come and be part of our story!
Nga mihi nui,
Principal Marg Hyslop

This is such a big community issue and we need to tackle it as a community. We request that at least one representative from each family attend . Please RSVP today to the Office on 063768523 or office@stanthony.ac.nz or to the Prinicpal on principal@stanthony.ac.nz
This is event is free of charge (school funded) and will be well worth your time attending. This is for adults only. There will be light supper and refereshments available.
We all want our school and community to be a safe place for our tamariki. But in a rapidly changing digital world, the risks our children face online are growing more frequently, and more seriously.
